So many things can get in the way of just being happy and productive. Sadness, depression, fears, past traumas, relationship problems, social situations, panic attacks, grief, or feeling bad about yourself. Asking for help can be hard too. But there is help. Sometimes, just talking to someone can make a huge difference. You don't have to carry these heavy feelings all by yourself. Therapy is here to provide support, help you feel normal again, help you see that your feelings are valid, and provide you with the tools and skills to cope, grow, and heal.
Trusting someone with your feelings, with being your true self, or letting someone see you for who you are, can be very scary sometimes. Therapy provides you with a safe space, with no judgement, no expectations, no preconceived notion of who you should be. Therapy provides you with someone to talk to that just wants to help you be what you want to be, happy.

I help people by using evidence based tools and practices in a way that is easy to understand, without pressure, or expectations. If something we try doesn't work, that's ok, we will try something else, until you feel better. I have dedicated my life to helping others, because people do get better, and helping someone heal and grow to the point that they no longer need me, brings me a great joy.
